I went on a search for the best pizza in Murfreesboro. There are many great franchises with delicious pizza however, I was looking for something different. This time, I wanted to find a non-chain pizza location, feeling a little nostalgic and wanted just a local pizza shop. While franchises and local chain restaurants are great and it is nice to be able to count on consistency, sometimes, I just want the adventure of finding the local mom and pop shops. I found the best pizza in Murfreesboro that is not a franchise and is locally owned and operated. These are must visit places if you live in Murfreesboro or are visiting Rutherford County TN.
